What are included in the price?

Our price for each guest already includes

• The bike for the ride and an experienced driver. Each bike will take only 1 guest.
• A tour guide for the group
• Helmet
• Drinking water
• Rain coat
• Entrance tickets/fee to places
• Cost of the meals if the tour involves eating
• Pick-up and drop-off at your hotel if you stay in Hanoi

Basically, you don't need to bring anything for the trip, other than some money if you want to buy some souvenirs.

How many guests are there in a trip?

The maximum number of guests for a trip is 7. This makes us ensure the quality of our service. If you want a private tour, we can do that too, with a little extra fee. Just let us know when we contact you for arranging the tour.

And the minimum is 1.

When and how do I pay?

You will pay to our drivers when they pick you up for the trip. You can pay by bank transfer or with cash. We don't support paying with cards yet.

Will I drive the bike myself?

Unfortunately no. You will sit behind our experienced and licensed drivers. We take safety seriously, as Hanoi traffic is crazy. You will see what we are worrying as you are on the streets with us.

That said, if you really want to try the bikes, you can ask our drivers, and they may find a safe area for you to do so.
